By creating an account or using TheSealwork you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
TheSealwork provides tools to create, design, schedule, publish and analyse social media content, including AI-assisted writing and connections to third-party platforms.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including team members you invite.
Your content
You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish.
Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or X, you must also follow those platforms' terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform outages, API changes or decisions they make about your accounts or posts.
Acceptable use
- No spam, mass unsolicited actions, scraping or impersonation.
- No unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content.
- No attempts to bypass plan limits or access other users' data.
AI output
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate. Review content before publishing.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
