How it works

Five stages, one engine

Sealwork packages a workflow that already gets run by hand for clients: pillars, weekly cadence, platform-specific reporting. The difference is that it now runs every week without a spreadsheet.

01

The brief

Business Mode asks about the brand, audience, offers, tone and reference accounts. Personal Brand Mode runs a Brand DNA interview: expertise, point of view, story and voice. Five minutes, once.

02

Pillars

The engine fixes 3–5 content pillars — the small set of things you say repeatedly so an audience learns what you stand for. Everything generated afterwards is tagged to a pillar.

03

The calendar

One to four weeks of dated posts: pillar, platform, format, hook, full body or script, and comment prompts to seed the discussion. Edit, mark as published, or regenerate.

04

The 90-day roadmap

Personal Brand Mode adds twelve weekly themes that build on each other, each with concrete posting angles. Any theme becomes a post, a short-form script and a hook on request.

05

The performance loop

Paste in real impressions and engagements. You get what's over- and under-performing by format, hook and pillar — and specific changes for the next cycle.
