TheSealwork helps businesses and creators plan, design, publish and measure social content. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
- Workspace content: brands, drafts, captions, images, videos, templates and schedules you create.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or X, we receive the account name, ID and an access token you authorise, plus the posts, engagement and audience statistics those platforms make available.
- Billing: subscription status from our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
- Usage: basic logs and product analytics used to keep the service reliable.
How we use information
- To publish and schedule posts you approve to the accounts you connect.
- To show performance and audience results in Insights and reports.
- To generate content suggestions with AI when you ask for them.
- To operate billing, security, support and service improvements.
We never sell your data and never post to your accounts without your action or schedule.
Data from Meta and other platforms
Data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads and other platforms is used only to provide features inside your workspace. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed in your browser. You can disconnect any account at any time from Channels, and you can remove TheSealwork from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host, process payments, send email or provide AI processing on our behalf, and when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent for connected accounts. Contact us at privacy@thesealwork.com.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and row-level permissions so team members only see brands they belong to.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and note the date above.
