Data Deletion Instructions

Remove a connected social account

1. Sign in and open Channels.
2. Open the account menu on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or X and choose Disconnect.
3. The stored access token is deleted immediately and no further data is read.

Remove TheSealwork from Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
2. Find TheSealwork and select Remove.
3. Then email us (below) if you also want the posts and statistics we already imported deleted.

Delete all your data

Email privacy@thesealwork.com from your account's email address with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your account, workspace content, imported posts, analytics and connected-account tokens within 30 days and confirm by email. Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose.
